Role Summary:
Establish, maintain, and expand sales channels; formulate and manage sales strategies and targets within the assigned region.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for contacting major domestic OEMs to conduct technical and business communication.
  2. Develop regional sales strategies, assist the product sales department supervisor in leading and managing all sales activities in the region, and jointly achieve regional sales targets.
  3. Plan and carry out company service promotion activities as per company policies, introduce company services, and provide relevant materials.
  4. Actively participate in exhibitions, forums, and other academic exchange meetings related to the company’s business to provide professional technical services to regional clients.
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the assigned region and report sales performance in a timely manner.
  6. Assist the sales assistant in establishing customer profiles and submitting all related sales reports for the region, providing valid data to support future sales strategy planning.
  7. Responsible for drafting and signing all sales contracts within the region.
  8. Responsible for the collection of all accounts receivable within the region.
  9. Attend all sales meetings and business training sessions organized by the company.
  10. Effectively manage, streamline, and expand customer relationships while maintaining the company’s brand image.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering, internal combustion engine, or related fields (outstanding recent graduates are also considered).
  2. Familiarity with the product industry and practical experience in designing plastic products.
  3. Strong written communication, management, and coordination skills.
  4. Excellent negotiation skills.
