Job Description:
- Familiar with the principles and control technologies of engines, transmissions, electric motors, and batteries.
- Proficient in the current trends and future directions of mainstream hybrid and pure electric power technologies, both domestically and internationally.
- Understand relevant laws, regulations, and technical standards for hybrid and electric vehicles globally.
- Knowledgeable about powertrain development methods, platforms, and processes.
- Experienced in technical development organization and project management, with a strong background in both technical and project leadership.
- Over 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in powertrain system integration development, including successful leadership in at least one hybrid powertrain and one pure electric powertrain vehicle development project.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong system integration and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with simulation and testing tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, INCA, CANoe, etc.
